Tim Lambe - REALTOR ®

Tim was born and raised in Weymouth, earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Westfield State University and worked at Fidelity Investments for 30+ years. At Fidelity, he spent his career leading teams that created and delivered award winning marketing campaigns. His exceptional relationship and project management skills coupled with creative problem solving provides the ideal background for real estate negotiations and homebuyer education.

Tim is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors® and is studying for his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. His colleagues often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. After living many years in South Boston and the South End, Tim currently resides in West Roxbury with his partner Chris. When not showing houses, he can be found at the theatre, in the garden, or at the beach on Cape Cod. Tim has a passion for travel and has visited many destinations in South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. He proudly volunteers at the Power of Flowers Project and Cradles to Crayons and supports the Greater Boston Food Bank, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Dollars for Scholars.

Some fun facts about Tim:

• He was a music minor in college and guest conductor of the Southeastern Philharmonic Orchestra
• He has a diploma in Floral Design from the Rittners School of Floral Design
• He traveled around the world for 6 weeks with stops in South Korea, Australia, Greece, Amsterdam and England
• He taught how to use the latest technologies like cell phones, tablets and computers to senior citizens in assisted living facilities in Boston
