Terence Macken - Transaction Coordinator

Terence was born and raised in Sayville, New York. He moved to Massachusetts in 2015 and now resides in Milford with his wife, daughter, son and their dog Teddy. Prior to joining The Needle Group, Terence graduated from Long Island University with an undergraduate degree in Adolescent Education. He then went on to teach History, Language Arts and organizational skills to Middle School students in Marblehead. Most recently, he served as Listing Manager for another real estate team where he guided buyers and sellers throughout both processes. He looks forward to sharing that experience, and his desire to help others, with all of our clients.


Terence will be overseeing all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from “contract to closing”. Including, preparing the property for sale, coordinating visits to the property with vendors and third parties, and changing statuses of property. He is also an integral part of building relationships with clients, as he will be corresponding with all parties involved to ensure our clients are aware of every step in the process of either buying or selling a home.

Some fun facts about Terence:

  • His hometown was named the friendliest town in America by a 1994 study done by California State University at Fresno.
  • He played college baseball at Long Island University before coaching high school baseball and football for 5 years.
  • He and his wife were married in Newport, Rhode Island where they visit each summer.
