In 2020, Dianne took a significant step in her career by bringing The Needle Group to REAL Broker, LLC, marking a new chapter of innovative real estate services under her seasoned leadership. Since this pivotal move, The Needle Group has achieved accolades including the ranking of number two in the “TOP 25 SMALL TEAMS-USA” and achieving the prestigious Elite Agent award with REAL Broker every year. This accolade is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence and her unwavering commitment to her clients' success.

Dianne attended Thayer Academy, obtained a BS in Economics from UMASS Amherst and a Real Estate Paralegal Certificate from Bentley University. She has over 25 years of business and real estate experience, including CEO and Founder of a Boston-based foreclosure auction company, Real Estate Paralegal and Legal Administrator with two top Boston law firms, Mortgage Loan Officer, and Operations Manager for a NY-based Real Estate Investment firm.

Believing in giving back to her community, Dianne’s volunteer work has included: President and Board Member of the Sharon Education Foundation, Board Member and Head of the Fundraising Committee at Temple Israel in Sharon, and Auction Fundraising Chair for The Sharon High School PTSO. Proud member of Hadassah and Sharon Rotary Club. Dianne is also a proud supporter and sponsor of several K-12 sports teams, performing arts productions and school programs in her community.

Dianne grew up in Milton and spent over 15 years living in Newton before moving to Sharon in 2000, where she lives with her husband Bruce, son Zachary, daughter Rachel, Tibetan Terrier, Lucky and Bernadoodle, Rocky. Dianne and Bruce also have 3 adult married sons and three beautiful granddaughters!
