Bruce Needle - REALTOR ®
Bruce is a Full Time Realtor, servicing clients throughout the inner and outer suburbs south and west of Boston. He specializes in helping Buyers find their dream homes, and enjoys counseling them on how best to make a deal.
For 6 years prior to becoming Full Time, Bruce held his Real Estate Salesperson license and assisted his wife, Dianne as she grew her real estate business. When her business needed to add another Full Time Realtor, it was only natural that Bruce join her, and they formed The Needle Group.
Bruce has spent his entire professional career in client-facing roles, as both Salesperson and Sales Leader of several established and start-up Software companies. He also helped to grow a Master’s of Science Program in Innovation at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
Bruce is the father of four boys and one girl, and grandfather to 3 beautiful granddaughters.
Bruce grew up in Randolph and graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham.
In his spare time, Bruce is typically found around sports,either playing or coaching. He has been involved with:
- Coach of Sharon Travel Basketball Association Girl’s team (Grade 3-8)
- Past President of Sharon Travel Basketball Association
- Executive Board Member of Sharon Youth Baseball and Softball Association (SYBSA)
- Founder and Tournament Director of SYBSA Father’s Day Baseball Tournament
- Board Member of the Robert J Fishman Memorial Fund
- Co-Coordinator of the annual Robert J Fishman Memorial Golf tournament
- Assistant Commissioner of Sharon Men’s Softball League, where he has been playing and running a team for the past 10+ years
- Member at Sharon Country Club
